The Story Behind the Brand
SIS Activewear was created for women who train with purpose. In a culture that often focuses on appearance alone, SIS was born from a deeper belief—that strength, discipline, and movement carry meaning beyond the physical.
The name SIS stands for Sweat Is Sacred. It is a reminder that every drop of sweat represents something greater than a workout. It reflects discipline, perseverance, and the commitment to care for the body we have been given.
As women, our lives are full of responsibilities, pressures, and expectations. Yet when we make the choice to move, to train, and to grow stronger, we are doing more than exercising—we are honoring the life and strength God has entrusted to us.
SIS was created to celebrate that commitment. We believe the body is a gift from God, and stewarding it through strength, health, and discipline is an act of respect and gratitude. Fitness becomes more than a routine—it becomes a rhythm of growth that shapes both body and character.

Our Founder
SIS Activewear was founded by Elisha Kemper, a leader passionate about helping women step into strength, purpose, and identity.
Through years of mentoring and leading women, Elisha recognized a powerful truth: women often show incredible strength for others, yet struggle to invest in their own growth and well-being.
SIS was created as a reflection of a different mindset—one where women embrace discipline, honor their bodies, and pursue strength in every area of life.
Elisha believes that physical strength can be a powerful gateway to confidence, healing, and transformation. When women care for their bodies and commit to growth, they begin to show up in their lives with greater clarity, courage, and purpose.
